Who exactly is the owner? What is she all about? Is she even HUMAN? Well, let's just start with my name. My name is Jesalin [Jess-uh-lin] Belk. Simple enough? I hope so..because now it's just gonna get complicated. I was born and raised in Fairfield, CA and entered the world as a shy, weird, smart, sensitive, creative person. I'm made of many flaws, stitched together with good intentions. I personally believe that happiness is the key to life and that everyone deserves to be happy. This is not my first blog, by the way. So, don't think I'm just another blogger looking for attention. I actually started this blog with my best friend to change people's lives because quotes changed mine. My life isn't fairy tales and rainbows...it's actually kind of the opposite. Now, don't get me wrong, I'm entirely grateful for my life..for the things I possess. I don't expect my life to be PERFECT, but sometimes my life isn't what I want to live. Yes, I have my ups and downs..I mean, what is life without them? But, sometimes my 'downs' go WAYdown, and sometimes affect my self-esteem, my feelings, and my thoughts. And that's why I have my best friend(s) and my family. I know they'll always be there, even if they aren't the best company at times. I would like to travel when I get older, and possibly be an artist. Drawing makes me happy and I just have a huge passion for it. Traveling this place, normal people call "earth" and music will give me inspiration for drawings as well. I love to read because I get ideas for drawings and I just like a good story to get my mind off of things. Currently, my favorite authors are John Green, Nicholas Sparks, Lauren Myracle, and Maureen Johnson. I like to help people and put their needs before mine. Sometimes I regret doing this, but those thoughts always go away because that's just how I am. Well, I guess I'll stop there...don't wanna drown you in my life! But, I hope you enjoy this blog as much as I will..
